Elena Kagan, nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.

Here’s the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.

In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.

A simple search of the high court’s own website reveals Kagan’s name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.

After what was widely described as a “charm offensive” to reach out to Israelis by the Obama administration, a new Smith Research poll conducted this week for the Jerusalem Post found that 10% of Israeli Jews say the administration is pro-Israel, 46% said it was pro-Palestinian, 34% said it was neutral, and 10% gave no opinion.

The previous poll in March found that 9% considered the White House pro-Israel, 48% said it was pro-Palestinian, and 30% said it was neutral.

In June 2009, 31% considered the Obama presidency pro- Israel and 14% pro-Palestinian.

Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama’s earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice-cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.

WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.

The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.

The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.

Robert Siciliano, president and CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and a nationally recognized expert on identity theft, agrees the Social Security number should be questioned.

“I know Social Security numbers have been issued to people in states where they don’t live, but there’s usually a good reason the person applied for a Social Security number in a different state,” Siciliano told WND.

WND asked Siciliano whether he thought the question was one the White House should answer.

“Yes,” he replied. “In the case of President Obama, I really don’t know what the good reason would be that he has a Social Security number issued in Connecticut when we know he was a resident of Hawaii.”

To verify the number was issued by the Social Security Administration for applicants in Connecticut, Daniels used a Social Security number verification database. She found that the numbers immediately before and immediately after Obama’s were issued to Connecticut applicants between the years 1977 and 1979.

“There is obviously a case of fraud going on here,” Daniels maintained. “In 15 years of having a private investigator’s license in Ohio, I’ve never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly.”

Why?  Because it only takes five Supreme Court Justices to decide crucial matters for the rest of us 310 million Americans.  Obama chose her because he knows she is pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, and anti-war.  And the fact that Kagan is only 50 years old means that she will have approximately 30 more years to stain and denigrate the fidelity of our Constitution, which is what Obama the Marxist anti-American socialist fraud wants.

Oh, and to those of you who voted for Obama?  Thanks a lot, assholes.

The video, posted April 3 on YouTube, shows Michelle Obama saying, “When we took our trip to Africa and visited his home country in Kenya, we took a public HIV test.”

The clip comes from a June 2008 campaign speech she delivered to the Gay & Lesbian Leadership Council of the Democratic National Committee in New York City, as reported by Reuters.

And if anyone would know where one’s husband was born, it would be the wife.

And to those of you who voted for Barack Hussein Obama, the Kenyan, Jew-hating anti-American socialist marxist fraud, afro-Muslim for president of the United States, thanks a lot, assholes.

According to WND, as of April, 2010, the archives of National Public Radio (NPR) listed Obama as being “Kenyan-born,” but the left-wing government-funded network has subsequently joined Snopes and UPI among sites to adjust their published reports, eliminating the reference to an Obama birth in Kenya.

The birth announcements that Obama’s minyans offer provide no proof of citizenship, because they reflect nothing more than information a family filed with the Hawaii Department of Health to obtain a state Certification of Live Birth for a baby born outside Hawaii.

Any parent presumably would see the benefit of securing American citizenship for their child – even Mexicans who loathe America for wanting to preserve her sovereignty and her borders, but that’s for another post.

A radical Muslim group that was an unindicted co-conspirator in a scheme to raise money for Hamas has an extensive relationship with the Obama administration, WND has learned.Last week, President Obama’s top adviser on counter-terrorism, John Brennan, came under fire for controversial remarks he made in a speech to Muslim law students at New York University. The event was sponsored by the Islamic Society of North America, or ISNA.

ISNA is known for its enforcement of Saudi-style Islam in mosques throughout the U.S. It was named by the Justice Department as an unindicted co-conspirator in its case against the Holy Land Foundation in Texas, which was found guilty in 2008 of raising money for the Hamas terrorist organization. Last year, Holy Land founders were given life sentences for “funneling $12 million to Hamas.

The Obama White House has deep ties to ISNA.

The relationship began even before Obama took office. One week before last year’s presidential inauguration, Sayyid Syeed, national director of the ISNA Office for Interfaith and Community Alliances, was part of a delegation that met with the directors of Obama’s transition team. The delegation discussed a request for an executive order ending “torture.”

ISNA President Ingrid Mattson represented American Muslims at Obama’s inauguration, where she offered a prayer during the televised event.

Mattson also represented ISNA at Obama’s Ramadan dinner at the White House.
