A radical Muslim group that was an unindicted co-conspirator in a scheme to raise money for Hamas has an extensive relationship with the Obama administration, WND has learned.Last week, President Obama’s top adviser on counter-terrorism, John Brennan, came under fire for controversial remarks he made in a speech to Muslim law students at New York University. The event was sponsored by the Islamic Society of North America, or ISNA.

ISNA is known for its enforcement of Saudi-style Islam in mosques throughout the U.S. It was named by the Justice Department as an unindicted co-conspirator in its case against the Holy Land Foundation in Texas, which was found guilty in 2008 of raising money for the Hamas terrorist organization. Last year, Holy Land founders were given life sentences for “funneling $12 million to Hamas.

The Obama White House has deep ties to ISNA.

The relationship began even before Obama took office. One week before last year’s presidential inauguration, Sayyid Syeed, national director of the ISNA Office for Interfaith and Community Alliances, was part of a delegation that met with the directors of Obama’s transition team. The delegation discussed a request for an executive order ending “torture.”

ISNA President Ingrid Mattson represented American Muslims at Obama’s inauguration, where she offered a prayer during the televised event.

Mattson also represented ISNA at Obama’s Ramadan dinner at the White House.

Massachuset’s resounding and fortuitous election of Scott Brown signals the end of the hyped up, bloated, and deceptive Obama crapstorm.  Thank goodness, change IS coming.  Via Spiegel Online:

US President Barack Obama suffered a painful defeat in Massachusetts on Tuesday. With mid-term elections looming, it means that Obama will have to fundamentally re-think his political course. German commentators say it is the end of hope.

US President Barack Obama has had a number of difficult weeks during his first year in the White House. Right after he took office, he had to wade through a week full of partisan bickering over his economic stimulus package combined with a tax scandal surrounding Tom Daschle, the man Obama had hoped would lead his health care reform team.

Then there was the last week of 2009, when a failed terror attack on a flight inbound for Detroit exposed major flaws in US efforts to identify and stop potential terrorists.

This week, though — a week when Obama should have been celebrating the first anniversary of his inauguration — may have been the president’s worst yet. Scott Brown, an almost unknown Republican member of the Massachusetts Senate, defeated the Democratic candidate Martha Coakley for the US Senate seat vacated by the death of Senator Edward M. Kennedy. The defeat in a heavily Democratic state not only highlights Obama’s massive loss of popular support during his first year in office, but it also could spell doom for his [signature] effort to reform the US health care system.

Nothing other than that Tareq Salahi, the White House “gatecrasher”, served in the same anti-Israel group as Obama’s palestinian professor pal Rashid Khalidi, a professor who excuses muslim terrorism as long as it is Jewish blood, guts and sinew that get splattered. Via WND:

Tareq Salahi served on the board of the American Task Force for Palestine, where Columbia University Professor Khalidi served as vice president. The American Power blog noticed both Salahi’s and Khalidi’s names have been scrubbed from the Task Force website, although Salahi’s bio still comes up on a Google cache search of the site.

The Task Force lobbies for a Palestinian state and demands the so-called right of return for Palestinian “refugees” – a formula Israeli officials across the political spectrum have warned could destroy Israel by population genocide, with the Jewish state forced to accept millions of Arabs, thus diluting its Jewish majority.

Basically, this proves that when you lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.

Waleed bin Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Mustafa Ahmad al-Hawsawi and Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali — are accused of orchestrating the attacks that killed 2,973 people on Sept. 11, 2001. And now they will be accorded privileges given to American citizens because the Obama administraton has decided to try the mass murderers in a civilian court – as common criminals – instead of in a tribunal court just so that he can push his Muslim Outreach agenda.

To all the stooges, dupes, schmucks, Jews-in-name-only, left-wingers, democrats and racists who voted for Obama in spite of his inexperience, his hype, his talkspeak, his pernicious associations and documented friendships with left-wing progressives, anarchists, anti-Americans, Jew-haters and communist leaders, then the injustice and miscarriage of justice for the war crimes against the murdered 2,973 fall on your shoulders.

It’s astonishing how the U.S. continues to impose itself on how another sovereign nation chooses to protect her own citizens from Islamic terror attacks.  From JPost via Daily Alert:

The U.S. on Tuesday criticized Israel for stamping passports of tourists intending to visit the West Bank as “Palestinian Authority only,” restricting visitors’ ability to enter Israel.

“We have let the government of Israel know that these restrictions unfairly impact Palestinian and Arab American travelers and are not acceptable,” the State Department spokesman’s office said.

Israeli officials have defended the policy as necessary to insure that individuals who pose security risks aren’t able to wander around Israel.

In the past, some foreign terrorists were able to attack Israelis after first rendezvousing with contacts in Palestinian-controlled areas.

More astute observations about the state of America and Obama from Jon Voight.  Via Washington Times:

“There’s a real question at stake now. Is President Obama creating a civil war in our own country?” Mr. Voight tells Inside the Beltway.

“We are witnessing a slow, steady takeover of our true freedoms. We are becoming a socialist nation, and whoever can’t see this is probably hoping it isn’t true. If we permit Mr. Obama to take over all our industries, if we permit him to raise our taxes to support unconstitutional causes, then we will be in default. This great America will become a paralyzed nation.”

Be outraged, Mr. Voight advises.

“Do not let the Obama administration fool you with all their cunning Alinsky methods. And if you don’t know what that method is, I implore you to get the book ‘Rules for Radicals,’ by Saul Alinsky . Mr. Obama is very well trained in these methods,” he continues, citing a television campaign critical of the Republican Party and contentious town-hall meetings about health care reform.

“The real truth is that the Obama administration is professional at bullying, as we have witnessed with ACORN at work during the presidential campaign. It seems to me they are sending down their bullies to create fist fights among average American citizens who don’t want a government-run health care plan forced upon them,” Mr. Voight says. “So I ask again. Is President Obama creating a civil war in our own country?”

The U.S. is no longer engaged in a “war on terrorism.” Neither is it fighting “jihadists” nor locked in a “global war.” It is now solely a “war with al-Qaeda” and its violent extremist allies, John Brennan, head of the White House homeland security office, said Thursday at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington. To say the U.S. is fighting “jihadists” is wrongheaded, Brennan said, because it is using “a legitimate term, ‘jihad,’ meaning to purify oneself or to wage a holy struggle for a moral goal,” which “risks giving these murderers the religious legitimacy they desperately seek but in no way deserve.” “Worse, it risks reinforcing the idea that the United States is somehow at war with Islam itself.”

As for the “war on terrorism,” Brennan said, the administration will not use the phrase “because terrorism is but a tactic – a means to an end, which in al-Qaeda’s case is global domination by an Islamic caliphate.”

California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.

The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

The latest Rasmussen poll shows that 40 percent “strongly disapprove” of Obama’s performance, marking the first time the disparity has reached double digits.

And since Bush-bashing has been alive and well since ‘07 and, since it keeps working, why not use it. For Obama who campaigned on taking responsibility and looking forward, he spends an awful lot of time pointing fingers and looking backward, doesn’t he.

Facing the first real rough patch of his presidency, President Obama and his supporters are once again resorting to a tried-and-true tactic: attacking George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.

Since taking office, Mr. Obama has implemented a $787 billion stimulus package that has failed to produce a quick economic turnaround and the U.S. economy has shed more than 2.5 million jobs.

Mr. Obama hardly ever refers to Mr. Bush by name. In fact, his Web site, whitehouse.gov, recently scrubbed the name of the former president out of a reference to Hurricane Katrina, which once read: “President Obama will keep the broken promises made by President Bush to rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.”

Now, the “President Bush” is gone.

Although Mr. Obama’s effort is subtle, his rhetoric is clear. On his first trip overseas, Mr. Obama referred to Mr. Bush’s foreign policy and said the United States has “shown arrogance” and been “dismissive, even derisive.” He said decisions of the past had “lowered our standing in the world.”

Even when asserting his responsibility for addressing the nation’s problems, Mr. Obama manages to highlight that he was left to deal with others’ missteps.

At a town-hall meeting this month in Michigan — the state with the nation’s highest jobless rate — Mr. Obama said that fixing the economy is “a job I gladly accept.”

But he added, “I love these folks who helped get us in this mess. And then suddenly say, ‘Oh, this is Obama’s economy.’”

Fortunately, the West Bank-based Muslim terrorist government of the manufactured entity known as “palestine” dismissed the proposal and will have to slink back to their nest in their rat tunnels and come up with another concocted idea on how to press forward their mythology of palestine and its kleptocratic origins.  Via FoxNews:

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu endorsed a Palestinian state beside Israel for the first time on Sunday, under U.S. pressure, but saying the Palestinians would have to lay down arms, a condition they swiftly rejected.

Netanyahu said the Palestinian state would also have to recognize Israel as the Jewish state — essentially saying Palestinian refugees must give up the goal of returning to Israel.

With those conditions, he said, he could accept “a demilitarized Palestinian state alongside the Jewish state.”
