Know thine enemy. Via FoxNews:
Nov. 4, 2009, marks the 30th anniversary of the seizure of the U.S. embassy in Tehran, when militant Iranian students took 66 Americans hostage and began a 444-day standoff with the West. Fifty-two Americans were kept in captivity for nearly 15 months by forces loyal to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, who established an Islamic theocracy in 1979, months before the storming of the embassy.
President Jimmy Carter ordered an ill-fated rescue attempt in April 1980 in which eight U.S. servicemen died in a mid-air collision between two aircraft flying over the Iranian desert on their way back from the aborted maneuver. The failure left a lasting mark on the Carter administration and helped sink his presidency.
Iran released the hostages on Jan. 20, 1981, 20 minutes after Ronald Reagan assumed office in Washington. The 52 embassy officials were flown from Iran to Algiers, then on to a U.S. airbase in Germany to recover. From there they flew to Newburgh, N.Y., and were bused to West Point, receiving a heroes’ welcome on U.S. soil.
On June 29, 2005, shortly after the depraved Jew-hater Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won the Iranian presidential election, several major news outlets publicized allegations that he participated in the 1979–1981 Iran Hostage Crisis.
Some previous hostages have identified Ahmadinejad as the man in the military jacket on the hostage’s left side in the photo below. Several other sources, including Ahmadinejad, and other hostage takers have disputed these identifications.

Two Iranian film makers met with members of the Europen Union Parliament on Tuesday and displayed a letter that they said proves the recent elections in Iran were rigged. The letter, allegedly written by the Iranian electoral commission, shows that reformist candidate Mir-Hossein Moussavi won over 19 million votes and was the rightful winner. After Moussavi was Mehdi Karroubi with 13.3 million votes, followed by incumbent Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with just 5.5 million, according to the document. The document’s authenticity has not been proven.
The film makers, Marjane Satrapi and Mohsen Makhmalbaf, called on the EU not to recognize the official results of Iran’s presidential elections. Iranian authorities say Ahmadinejad won the elections with 62 percent of the vote.
The letter was supposedly sent secretly from Iran’s Interior Ministry, which runs the nation’s elections, to Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The document includes the alleged real results of the election, and a promise to keep Ahmadinejad as president regardless of the popular vote.

Ahmadinejad: Iran Is a Nuclear Power Ready to Participate in Running the World
Ahmadinejad is out of his mind. But liberal America will continue to embrace Islam, embrace its jihad, its hatred of Christians and Jews, its imperialism, its deceit, its bigotry. Liberal America will wear that kaffiyeh as a fashion statement. They will ignore the fact that Islam, at its core, is lethally militaristic and institutionalizes homicide. I know that liberal America can’t help themselves because the mental disease of liberalism thinks it is multiculturally quaint to act out one’s culture, no matter how detestable it is.
But don’t include me in on the scam. Why liberal America is attracted to the same ideology of those of men in black ski masks, shooting their guns in the air or of those same masked men standing behind a terrified captive who they are about to behead is beyond me. I will never endure the trumped-up concoction of superstitions, deceit and mythology which is Islam, merely because the world was cursed by having its main energy source located under the feet of savages. But liberal America, you voted in Obama. And like a cheap imitation of the real thing, you get what you paid for. Via MEMRI:
Since U.S. President Barack Obama took office, two new elements have become evident in the rhetoric of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and of senior Iranian regime officials from his camp:
a) that Iran is not only a regional power but a superpower on the global level, and is a partner in shaping the world, and
b) that the Iranian nuclear issue is closed, and the world has come to terms, or must come to terms, with a nuclear Iran; Iran will no longer discuss the issue with the U.S. or the West.
The following are examples of statements in this regard.
“Iran Is Ready To Participate Extensively In Running the World”; “The U.S. Is Coming To Terms with Iran Being Nuclear”
During an April 18, 2009 Iranian Army Day ceremony at the tomb of the founder of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Ahmadinejad said, “Thanks to the dedication of the armed forces, Iran is ready to participate extensively in running the world and in establishing security and justice in various parts of the world.” [1]
At a conference of families of shahids (martyrs) in Qazvin, northern Iran, Ahmadinejad said that “as a major power, Iran is playing a leading role in the global decision-making process.” He said that Iran is “the final victor in all topics on the agenda,” and that as long as the Iranian nation obeys Islam and Islamic religious law, it will accomplish its goals. [2]
During his April 2009 visit to China, Ahmadinejad’s vice president Parviz Davoudi reiterated Ahmadinejad’s statements, saying that in his estimation, “the U.S. is coming to terms with Iran being nuclear, since it already came to terms with Iran’s nuclearization process, and [Iran is] now worthy to discuss important global issues together with the 5+1.” [3]
Basij commander Hossein Taab said that following the fall of the Soviet Union, only two powers remain in the world – the U.S. and Iran – and both want to lead the world. He added, “The U.S. has military strength, but cannot pull the trigger.” [4]
At a press conference in late May 2009, Ahmadinejad announced that following Iran’s June 12 presidential election, talks with the U.S. would continue in the framework of the 5+1, but not on the nuclear issue, because this issue “had already been resolved.” He added: “We continue our activities within framework of [International Atomic Energy] Agency regulations. At any rate, negotiations will be merely over world management and sustainable peace and security for entire nations; the Iranian nation will not permit anyone to enter into talks with us [on subjects] outside the regulations of the [IAEA].” [5]

The U.S. announced Saturday it will not attend a UN conference on racism set to start Monday in Geneva. State Department Spokesman Robert Wood says the U.S. will boycott the conference “with regret” because of objectionable language in the meeting’s draft declaration.
The useless President Barack Hussein Obama said Sunday:
“I would love to be involved in a useful conference that addressed continuing issues of racism and discrimination around the globe,” but the inclusion of anti-Israel language in the draft final communique was “completely hypocritical and counterproductive.” “We expressed in the run-up to this conference our concerns that if you incorporated, if you adopted, all the language from 2001, that’s just not something we can sign up for,” he said.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Announces He Will Attend Durban II
EYEontheUN has learned that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has announced his intention to attend the Durban II “anti-racism” conference. Durban II is billed by the UN as an occasion to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance. But Ahmadinejad denies the Holocaust, has advocated genocide and openly seeks the annihilation of the state of Israel. In providing a hatemonger with a global platform – under the banner of an anti-racism conference – the United Nations has become an enabler of genocide.
Anne Bayefsky, Editor of EYEontheUN urged: “It is time for every decent self-respecting democratic state to withdraw immediately from Durban II – the platform for genocide.”
The Iranian President had every reason to expect a warm reception from the UN. The UN Human Rights Council elected Iran as a Vice-Chair of the Preparatory Committee of Durban II. Iran has been the single most active participant in this week’s preparatory sessions going on in Geneva. Iran has succeeded in denying a Jewish non-governmental organization accreditation to preparations for Durban II. At yesterday’s negotiating sessions for a final document to be adopted formally at Durban II, the Iranian representative proposed sweeping limitations on freedom of expression and protection for “cultural diversity” as a vehicle for justifying Iranian laws that permit the stoning of women, the murder of homosexuals, and the torture of dissidents.
When Ahmadinejad spoke to the UN General Assembly last September he said:
The dignity, integrity and rights of the European and American people are being played with by a small but deceitful number of people called Zionists. Although they are miniscule minority, they have been dominating an important portion of the financial and monetary centers as well as the political decision-making centers of some European countries and the U.S. in a deceitful, complex and furtive manner…This means that the great people of America and various nations of Europe need to obey the demands and wishes of a small number of acquisitive and invasive people…Today, the Zionist regime is on a definite slope to collapse, and there is no way for it to get out of the cesspool created by itself and its supporters.
Ahmadinejad’s hateful speech was greeted by applause from the assembled UN member states.
As Bayefsky points out, “it can be expected that Ahmadinejad will use the opportunity of the UN Durban II global megaphone to continue his genocidal campaign. After all, the current draft text of the Durban II final declaration continues to single out Israel and condemn it as racist by reaffirming the words of the 2001 Durban Declaration.”
Will the European Union, Australia, and the United States sit in their seats at Durban II and listen to the hatemongering and anticipated applause?
“Democratic states, having delayed a decision about participation until the final hour,” said Bayefsky, “have encouraged Ahmadinejad to believe he has one more opportunity to spread antisemitism and demonize the Jewish state. It is long past the deadline for democracies to pull the plug on Durban II and stop legitimizing a racist anti-racism conference.”

Ahmadinejad’s Letter to Obama
Via Washington Post:
Iranian President Ahmadinejad wrote to President-elect Obama: “The nations of the world expect an end to policies based on warmongering, invasion, bullying, trickery, the humiliation of other countries by the imposition of biased and unfair requirements, and a diplomatic approach that has bred hatred for America’s leaders and undermined respect for its people….They want the American government to keep its interventions within its own country’s borders. In the sensitive Middle East region, in particular, the expectation is that the unjust actions of the past 60 years will give way to a policy encouraging full rights for all nations, especially the oppressed nations of Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan.”
There are only two problems with Mahmoud’s deranged letter; 1) there is no such nation as Palestine, and 2) Iraq and Afghanistan have already been wrangled away and liberated from oppressors. But it will be a cold day in hell before a Muslim bent on the destruction of the US and Israel will say thank you to America for her largesse and for her tremendous assistance and sacrifice in freeing pan-Arabia from her own tyrannical regimes.
Ahmadinejad should be arrested as soon as his foot touches our precious American soil for his role in the kidnapping of US diplomats in Iran during the Ayatollah’s revolt. That the State Dept. has even allowed this Muslim criminal and madman to enter our airspace is a grievous sin against every American hero who’s blood has been shed for our freedom. If NYC’s Mayor Bloomberg had a pair, he’d refuse him access to any official city niceties and snub him like the honorable Rudy Giuliani did the despicable terrorist Arafat when he came here.
The fact that the opportunistic Code Pink will also be showing up to protest President Bush the same day that Ahmadinejad will be pitching his hate speech proves that those women are in desperate need of a man’s loving touch and some estrogen patches. Perhaps their mentor, Gloria Steinham, the barren self-loathing she-bitch who created the metrosexual man and helped to effeminize them will be on hand to distribute them.

Moderate Muslims? Rrright
Angel, as usual, has another great post on her site, Moderate Muslims? Rrright. As I sit here typing, I hear helicopters overhead as my beloved city prepares itself for the arrival of one of the biggest Muslim barbarians to arrive on the world’s stage since Yassir Arafat.
Tomorrow Mahmoud “Monkey Man” Admadinejad will be speaking at the U.N. and once again, the rest of us who support the U.N. with our hard-earned tax dollars will be held hostage to his hate speech and Jew-hating rhetoric.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has vowed to keep supporting the Muslim murderers in Hamas until the “collapse of Israel.” The Iranian news agency Khabar quoted Ahmadinejad as telling Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh that Iran views the support of the Palestinian people as part of its religious and national duty and that Iran will stand behind the Palestinian nation “until the big victory feast which is the collapse of the Zionist regime.”
The next time anyone balks that Islam is lethally militaristic and institutionalizes homicide, quote Ahmadinejad. Especially the part where he says that killing Jews is part of a Muslim’s religious duty.
And for those that say that the genocidal tenets of Islam are only found amongst “radical Muslims”, make me a list of those “peaceful Muslims” who’ve stood up and been counted on the public record as opposing such anti-Israeli rhetoric; you may not need both hands.
With 1,400 years of empirical evidence to prove it, they’re “moderate” Muslims only until their kill-switch is turned on.
