The hypocrisy of despicable Germany, whose citizens as recently as 70 years ago willfully  carried out the barbaric and vicious genocide of  European Jewry, is beyond belief.  Leave it to these uber-pigs to think that 70 years later they can seek redemption in the eyes of G-d and Man by refusing to execute criminals and acting as overseer in a United States courtroom.  What a freaking circus this trial is going to be. A German government official says the nation will send an observer to the upcoming trial in New York of the professed mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks and four accused henchmen.

Justice Ministry spokeswoman Katharina Jahntz on Saturday confirmed a report in Der Spiegel that a German observer would attend the trial to ensure that no evidence provided by Germany would be used to apply the death penalty.

U.S. authorities announced last week that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would be tried by a New York court. No date has been set.

Three of the four suicide pilots who carried out the attacks had lived and studied in the northern German city of Hamburg.

Germany, like the rest of Europe, except for Belarus, does not execute criminals.

German Ambassador to Iran Herbert Honsowitz violated EU guidelines by allowing a military attache to attend an anti-Israel military parade in Tehran last month, according to a spokeswoman for the German Foreign Ministry’s Iran section.

“Israel must be wiped off the map” was one of the slogans painted on Shihab-3 missiles featured at the event.

In uncharacteristically strong language, Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier ordered Honsowitz to return to Berlin on Sep. 29.

Social Democratic Party head Steinmeier, a partner in the coalition of Chancellor Angela Merkel, refuses to enact legislation banning trade with Iran.

Many Israeli government officials view an end to German-Iranian economic relations as the litmus test on combating Iranian anti-Semitism and ensuring Israel’s security.

Lebanese Christian leader Michel Aoun, who returned to the country in 2005 after 15 years of exile in Paris and then banded together with Hizbullah, is on a high-profile official visit to Tehran.

In a joint news conference with Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, Aoun praised the Islamic Republic for its help to the Lebanese.

The step has angered many Lebanese who still consider Iran as a major source of instability in their country.

Some of the 50 Islamic extremists from Germany who trained at terrorist camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan may be plotting attacks in Germany, Joerg Ziercke, head of the country’s FBI equivalent, told the daily Tagesspiegel in an interview released Sunday.

“In light of statements from al-Qaeda and (the Islamic Jihad Union) we are certain that a decision has been made to conduct attacks in Germany,” Ziercke said.

Ziercke said a small number of the newly trained militants had already returned to Germany and are among some 100 suspected extremists under investigation by the federal crime office.

The opening of “Israel Week” at the Galeria Kaufhof department store in Berlin spurred a demonstration Saturday against Israeli food products originating in the territories.

Protesters held signs reading “No to settlement products” and “Stop the Israel-EU Association Agreement.” Groups protesting included The Jewish Voice, a Jewish-German organization opposed to the occupation, and Solidarity with Palestine, German teenagers affiliated with the radical left.

A counter-group of pro-Israel radical leftists waved Israeli flags and ate Israeli food.

Martin Vorberg, of the Middle Eastern Workgroup, said the demonstration was aimed at Osem Industries, which he said has a factory in the territories, and spices from Amnon and Tamar, a company located in Alfei Menashe.

Too bad the arab-loving Jew-hating German stooges who chant that Israel “occupies Palestinian land” and “settlements are illegal” feed the myth that ‘Jews stole Arab lands’. Such condemnations of Israel are part of the demonization tactic, something Hitler and his minions enjoyed doing to Jews 70 years ago; they delegitimize and dehumanize Jews as perpetrators of lies and the cause of others’ suffering.

Occupation, in and of itself, is not “illegal.” International law recognizes the right of any state to occupy territory of an aggressor in self-defense and to remain in control to protect itself and until its security is assured.

Unlike Israel’s “occupation” of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, the latter of which is not occupied any longer in any way, which has lasted a mere 40 years, but Britain’s occupations of territories has lasted centuries. Take
for example the British occupation of Gibraltar. There Britain maintains a settlement in open defiance of all international accepted standards of legitimacy and concepts of national rights. Moreover, Britain has placed a security fence that prevents non-British nationals from entering Gibraltar often from Ceuta in Morocco.

Then there are those clearly illegal British settlements constructed on occupied Argentinian territory in the Falkland Islands.

Or how about when Germany occupied Poland? But of course, only German Jew-haters are incapable of looking at their own black, dark, hideous history.

But getting back to the West Bank, I will repeat the fact that the West Bank is considered landlocked territory not officially recognized as part of any country. Jordan is the expansionist nation that took its own western border and expanded it into Israel and named it the West Bank.

Take a look at a map. Did any of the German puppets ever look at a map and ask why the West Bank is on the eastern border of Israel? It is clear that it was the Arab nation of Trans-Jordan infringed itself upon Israel because of its hatred for Jews and because Arabs are expansionists and conquerors by nature.

And most importantly, contrary to what the Germans have been spoonfed, settlements are not a violation of international law. Settlements, like these Jewish communities that were established in the West Bank and Gaza Strip after the territories were gained in the 1967 War, do not violate international law. Israel’s administration of the territory in 1967 replaced Jordan’s control of the West Bank and Egypt’s of the Gaza Strip. Jordan and Egypt were the occupying nations of territories that never belonged to a sovereign nation.

Therefore, there can be no such thing as the Jewish occupation of “palestinian” land. Occupation can only occur when a nation occupies the territory of another sovereign and legitimate nation.
