In the 6 minute 38 second clip below, Fox News identifies Rashid Khalidi, a harsh critic of Israel who, in 1982 as reported in a NY Times article on the same year, worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization when it was labeled a terror group by the State Department. The clip below also includes a description of the event where Barack Obama saluted Khalidi saying,

“It’s for that reason that I’m hoping that, for many years to come, we continue that conversation — a conversation that is necessary not just around Mona and Rashid’s dinner table.”

Gateway Pundit notes the LA Times possession of the video and their response:

“I asked him if he was planning on releasing this video of Obama toasting the radical Khalidi at this Jew-bash. He told me he was not releasing the video. He also would not comment on his source for the video.”

   I don’t understand why people think it is a controversy that Obama WORKED at the University of Chicago with a former employee of the PLO. This is like saying that it is a conflict of interest, say for example, if I work with someone who supports abortion, or who has had an abortion. Does this mean my association with that person also makes me a supporter of abortion? Would this make me a suspect of infanticide if I were to run for office?

   C’mon, mkb, stop being naive. Obama didn’t just work with him; he had dinner with Khalidi’s family, socialized with him and attended parties at Khalidi’s home. Khalidi is an American of palestinian Arab descent.

   Palestinian Arabs have been mercilessly slaughtering innocent Jews since the beginning of last century. Research the 1921 Arab riots. Research the 1929 slaughter of 67 Jews by Arabs while the Jews were praying in their synagogue in Hebron. This is decades before the “occupation” in 1967 by Israel when she had to defend herself against warring Arabs who claim that the entire Middle East geography should only be inhabited by Arab Muslims. Now, fast forward to Khadafy’s attack on US soldier in their barracks in 1982, then the Lockerbie disaster, the Achilles Lauro attack, Entebbe, then 2000, when the USS Cole was attacked, when two US embassies were attack in South Africa and then to 9-11, when Muslims used commercial jets as missiles to destroy American icons and landmarks and the lives of 3000 innocent people.

   Now you want to know why its bad for Obama to associate with palestinian arabs who believe that killing Jews and Americans is ok?

   Wake up out of your slumber, dopey.
