Slouching towards Armageddon

Posted by smoothstone

BabbaZee, at her excellent blog The Outraged Spleen of Zion, has written a masterful post about Condoleeza Rice’s insistence that Jerusalem be divided between Israeli Jews, its rightful owners, and Israel’s enemies, the undeserving historically and internationally inappropriate Palestinian Arabs of Arabia.

BabbaZee begins her post with Dore Gold’s discussion of his book, The Fight For Jerusalem, where Dore Gold talks about the Muslim Arab’s denial of the existence of the Temple of the Jews, a denial which started with Arafat but did not die with him, viewable here:

BabbaZee then reminds us of her post from June 2008 where she writes about how Mahmoud Abbas, the current leader of the Palestinian Arab thieves, who is also the engineer behind the heinous murders of the Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics in 1973 in this post Abbas: Temple Mount “100% Islamic”.

100% Islamic?

Shyeah, riiight. Kiss my Jewish ass, Mahmoud Abbas.

Mahmoud Abbas, aka Abu Mazen, the current Palestinian Authority chairman, was also behind the Maalot High School Massacre in which 26 Israeli school children were killed and 66 were wounded, not including the immoral palestinian Muslim terrorists. This slaughter was planned by Mahmoud Abbas, the current “moderate” head of the PLO.

Here is a PowerPoint Presentation on Mahmood Abbas, a.k.a. Abu Mazen, via Israel Behind the News. (You will need to have a PowerPoint Player to view this). The 22 slain youths are referred to as the “22 Flowers”. They are buried together in a special enclave in the Safed Beit Olam.

Babba then reminds us of this May 04, 2006 Fox News article where Olmert would divide the holy city of Jerusalem by giving up Arab neighborhoods and draw Israel’s final borders by 2010, providing the clearest indication yet of what Jerusalem is likely to look like and how Israel plans to abandon much of the West Bank.

In this article, here, we learn that Olmert might be willing to split Jerusalem, by questioning for the first time whether certain Palestinian neighborhoods needed to be part of what Israel officially sees as its undivided capital.

Thankfully, we have righteous, intelligent Jews, like Benjanim Netanyahu, who will never relinquish Jerusalem to her enemies.

But the worst of the news is this: Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, completing a visit to the region today, has been pressing Israel to sign a document by the end of the year that would divide Jerusalem by offering the Palestinians a state in Israel’s capital city as well as in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, according to top diplomatic sources involved in the talks.

In response to the division of Jerusalem, I say this:

I grieve, GRIEVE, over the abomination and unforgiveable sin that would be the division of Jerusalem. If, G-d Forbid, it were to happen, it would bring me to my knees. No coincidence, on the day of Yom Kippur, at two different points during services, it is tradition and part of our ritual that we drop to our knees and lay prostrate in front of HaShem to plead for His Forgiveness. Every time that I have done that, these past Yom Kippurs, I have cried. When I lay there face down on the floor of the synagogue, I feel naked. I feel unworthy. I pray for my soul and my loved ones souls and for our lives, that my beloved husband, my mother, and I are granted life for another year. In the same vein, if Jerusalem is split and half would go to HaShem’s enemies, I would drop to my knees once again and lay prostrate for eternity, because I do not believe that any of us would be forgiven for such a grievous sin. And then we will all cry, even the righteous among us. May G-d Forgive those of us who are adamantly opposed to a divided Jerusalem.
